Vextend Display Subscribe

No Card Required for Trial

Vextend Display is $50 USD per year, and includes ALL registers used on your Lightspeed POS (Retail-X) domain. The extension automatically pulls your domain from the Sell Page meaning that once subscribed, you do not need to do any special steps to log in on each register. It will automatically load on all registers that have the extension installed.

Every account gets a 30 day free trial with no credit card required. Stripe (our online payment provider) will send a reminder email when your trial is close to ending.

Please note that at this time, subscriptions are manually entered into our system after you pay, so please allow 24-48 hours for your watermark to be removed. We hope to automate this by the end of the year.

FAQs

Why do I need to pay? What extra features do I get when I subscribe?

The extension if fully functioning without paying, but the customer facing screen will show a payment request watermark until you have paid or activated a free trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Right now, we manually add/renew subscriptions to our system. Email vextend.ext@gmail.com to cancel. We do not offer refunds, but you can continue to use through your paid 1 year period.

Wait, did your subscription system change?

Yes, in the process of setting up this new version, we had tried a different payment system to avoid needing to code our own. However, it didn't have the flexibility to allow unlimited computers, and trials were cumbersome. Stripe, a leading online provider, is still the payment processor, and our own system will give us more control over trials. While we have to manually create new users/trials at this time, we hope to have this automated by the end of 2024 (the off-season for my full-time job/store).
